Essential duties/responsibilities:

Work in the Personal Care market space to support the Inside Sales and Marketing departments on several tasks such as:

• Exposure to and usage of our CRM platform (Salesforce)

• You will assume key account responsibilities that include interacting directly with customers, conducting market research to find new leads, and using social media to find new trends and potential clients

• You will also learn the product catalog and gain exposure to cosmetic and personal care account development to create an internal training presentation

• Work with marketing to help deploy effective campaigns & link to the CRM platform

• Work between sales & marketing to ensure marketing campaigns have strong follow up

• Track campaign status through CRM system

• Conduct marketing research on CPG companies (for sales appointments & website approval)

• Update website, as needed

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Work independently with little supervision

• Organized, attentive to detail, and mindful of deadlines

• Able to collaborate with a team

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Authorized to work in the United States (without visa sponsorship)

Educational Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from an educational degree program. Preference will be given to individuals majoring in Cosmetic Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
