COVID-19 Update

At TRI-K, the safety and well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and taking steps necessary to ensure the safety of our people as well as our ability to meet our customer's needs without disruptions. We are closely monitoring updates from the Center for Disease Control and other local government agencies regarding COVID-19.

Safety of our employees

Our employee's safety and well-being remain top of our mind, and we have implemented the following changes in our workplace procedures: We have restricted all non-critical domestic travels and suspended all international travels.

  • Our employees are equipped to work remotely from home in accordance with CDC recommendations and suggested social distancing protocols.
  • We are equipped with the technology needed to provide a seamless transition to remote operations including the augmenting of network bandwidth to accommodate extra traffic in order to ensure no interruption to our service.
  • Essential staff including R & D Chemists, manufacturing operations, and Quality Control team continue to work with additional precaution to reduce interactions and limit physical exposures.
  • Our Sales team continues to be fully accessible and available to assist you by email, video or phone call, MS Teams, WhatsApp, WeChat and other technologies.
  • We are continuously communicating with our employees regarding best practices for keeping physical distance, avoiding large gatherings and meetings, avoiding non-essential travel, and maintaining personal hygiene in line with suggested guidelines.

Continuity of our Business Operations

Our manufacturing plant is continuing to run to meet our customers' business requirements. We have taken additional steps to ensure the continuity of our business operations.

At our manufacturing site, the following changes have been implemented:

  • We have put supplemental sanitization practices in place in addition to the normal sanitary process.
  • We have begun to perform thermal screening of our employees and require that they notify us ahead of their scheduled shift if they have any symptoms or suspect they are coming down with an illness. In such circumstances, they will be expected to remain home.
  • Though we have ceased visitors coming to our corporate facility at this time, visitors and vendors who are essential to continued plant operations will be required to complete a questionnaire meant to vet any health concerns or potential exposures.

We are in constant contact with our extended partners and suppliers to ensure continuity of services with respect to our supply chain. Should anything occur to potentially disrupt our usual service standards, we will update you so that we can work together to best minimize the effects of those changes.
