    Role Objectives:

    Drops, sterilizes, and operates filter presses

    Assists with loading the tanks with raw materials utilizing pumping, pouring, and scooping methods

    Maintains the cleanliness of the facility, equipment, and containers

    Operates a forklift, high lift, and pallet truck, as needed

    Assists with drum filling, following sterile guidelines, drum rolling and palletizing

    Checks labeling and container weight accuracy

    Follows special handling procedures and safety requirements when working with caustic, acidic and flammable chemicals

    Performs general repairs and maintenance as needed

    Requirements:

    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    Mechanical experience recommended.

    Assess and implement best practices and SOPs

  • Role Purpose: Process incoming customer orders/sample orders, prepare freight quotes, address inquiries, follow up on shipments and orders, follow up on prepayments and assist with problem resolution. Supports Sales, Accounting, and other departments in achieving superior customer satisfaction for maximum growth.

    Role Description

    · Develops and executes strategies to expand sales in conjunction with corporate goals and objectives.

    · Prepares and implements short and long term sales plans for each account in respective regions.

    · Forecasts the demand for product(s) and prepares budgets in line with corporate goals.

    · Prepares project reports and sales activity reports as per protocol.

    · Documents all activity in customer relationship management tool (Salesforce)

    · Emphasis on lead generation to lead conversion.

    · Meets regularly with the customer to understand their objectives and requirements.

    · Develops customer relationships, recommends new product and technology.

    · Manages and expedites the resolution of customer concerns.

    · Prepares and conducts technical/product presentations.

    · Participates in trade shows and internal required scheduled meetings.

    · Plans travel and itineraries to maximize client contact and efficiency.

    · Prepares expense reports and call reports according to schedule.

    Experience/Education Required

    Bachelors in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. MBA is a plus.

    5-10 year experience in a direct sales role in the Personal & Home Care Industry.
